Jay a.k.a. Manjimaru is the founder and creator of OK! Japan Videogames and is proudly based in Aotearoa, New Zealand. He’s an avid Videogame player, writer and collector with a special diehard appreciation for Japanese games, especially those released on the NEC PC Engine all the way to modern consoles like the Sony Playstation 5 and the Microsoft XBOX Series X!

He also is a huge fan of Japanese handheld videogame systems and consoles including the Bandai Wonderswan and Nintendo GameBoy/Advance/DS/3DS. This site and all content is dedicated to all things Japanese videogaming related but with a special focus on retro Japan videogames and culture.
